We coordinate institutional record releases directly through our intake desk.
When you submit your consultation request, our intake desk provides you with a standardized HIPAA medical record release authorization. You list the treating cancer centers, pathology laboratories, and diagnostic imaging facilities in Florida or out of state. We request the digital DICOM radiological image files, original immunohistochemical staining reports, molecular next-generation sequencing assays, and treating medical oncologist infusion logs directly.
Standard 55-minute oncology consultations require that these materials arrive at least 48 hours prior to your visit. This guarantees that Dr. Ivan Petrov has completed forensic cross-referencing between initial pathology staging criteria and your active regimen before you sit down in our Tyler Street office. We do not spend your consultation time waiting for faxes.
If you already possess physical pathology slides or imaging CDs, our intake desk at 308 East Tyler Street accepts in-person drops Monday through Friday between 8:00 and 17:00. We digitize disc volumes on-site and catalog them into your chart binder immediately.
Pricing is transparent and based on visit type, insurance, and coordination volume.
Every quote for care at Zelguora depends strictly on four factors: whether the visit is an initial diagnostic evaluation or ongoing monthly regimen navigation; whether billing proceeds via commercial insurance, Medicare assignment, or self-pay fee schedule; the volume of multi-specialist coordination required across treating centers; and whether the appointment duration is a standard 55-minute session or an extended multi-regimen review.
For patients facing imminent infusion cycle deadlines, our intake coordinator reserves priority evaluation slots within 72 hours of complete record receipt. During these urgent reviews, Dr. Ivan Petrov evaluates systemic dosage calculations, organ clearance markers, anti-nausea premedication regimens, and baseline echocardiogram or pulmonary function requirements prior to cycle initiation.
We provide itemized written fee estimates before your appointment. There are no facility fees, no surprise ancillary billing codes, and no rushed conveyor-belt schedules. Review our complete catalogue on our Services page or learn how to assemble diagnostic materials on our Preparation checklist.
